① 作成する物・デザイン・数量がすでに決まっている場合

作成内容がすべて確定しているお客様は、LINE または 注文フォームよりご連絡ください。

ご希望内容を確認の上、正式なお見積りをご案内いたします。

② いずれかが未定の場合（例：デザインはあるが数量未定など）

  • 「デザインがまだ決まっていない」
  • 「種類やサイズを迷っている」
  • 「数量をどうするか相談したい」

など、どれか一つでも未定の項目がある場合は、LINE または お問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。

用途やご予算に合わせて、最適な仕様をご提案いたします。

③ デザイン作成をご依頼される場合（オーダーデザイン）

オーダーメイドデザインは、細かな調整や確認が必要となりますため、やり取りがスムーズな LINE でのご連絡を推奨しております。

デザイン案の作成 → 修正 → 最終決定

まで丁寧にサポートいたします。

④ その他のご相談（納期・生地・仕様・大ロットなど）

仕様のご相談、特殊サイズ、イベント・クラブ向けの大量製作など、ご質問がございましたら LINE にてお気軽にご相談ください。

・お見積りについて

以下の3点がすべて確定した時点で、お見積りを作成いたします。

  • 製作物の種類
  • デザイン（データの有無・内容）
  • 数量

内容を確認後、正式なお見積りをお送りします。

金額にご納得いただき、お支払いが完了した時点で製作開始となります。

・ 製作期間・発送について

商品は、完成次第の発送となります。

納期は時期・製作内容・ロット数によって異なりますので、お急ぎの方や納期の目安が必要な場合は、お早めにご相談ください。

・ご不明点について

仕様に関する質問、デザインのご相談、納期確認など、どんなことでもお気軽にお問い合わせください。

Please review the following information and feel free to contact us.

① When the item, design, and quantity are already decided

If you have finalized all the details of your order, please contact us via LINE or the order form.

After reviewing your requirements, we will provide you with a formal quote.

② When any details are undecided (e.g., design is ready but quantity is not)

  • "Design is not yet decided"
  • "Unsure about type or size"
  • "Would like to consult about quantity"

If any of these items are undecided, please contact us via LINE or the inquiry form.

We will propose the best specifications to match your purpose and budget.

③ When requesting custom design (order-made design)

For custom designs, detailed adjustments and confirmations are required, so we recommend contacting us via LINE for smoother communication.

Design proposal → Revisions → Final approval

We will provide careful support throughout the process.

④ Other inquiries (delivery time, materials, specifications, large orders, etc.)

For questions about specifications, special sizes, large-scale production for events or clubs, please feel free to contact us via LINE.

・About Quotes

We will create a quote once all three of the following items are confirmed:

  • Type of product
  • Design (presence/absence of data, content)
  • Quantity

After reviewing the details, we will send you a formal quote.

Production will begin once you agree to the price and payment is completed.

・Production Period & Shipping

Products will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

Delivery times vary depending on the season, production content, and order quantity. If you need an estimate or have urgent requirements, please contact us as early as possible.
